Harriet Scranton Clark

Harriet first became involved with KEEN through her partner Scott and his daughter Gwen, a long-time participant in KEEN sports and swim. Harriet is thrilled to be a part of the KEEN team and ensure that kids and families continue to enjoy the amazing programs KEEN has to offer. Harriet was a teacher in her first career, with a focus on special education, and she taught composition at UMSL as a TA and adjunct in the English department. She worked as a writing tutor at St. Louis Community College at Forest Park and Meramec. Currently, Harriet is a job coach at St. Louis Arc, where she supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the workplace. Harriet lives in south county with her partner Scott and their daughters Gwen and Eleanor.
